Custom Flower Bar
Serafina Flower Truck provides a custom flower bar whereby you can pick and choose the stems you love to build your unique bouquet. We’ll cut, arrange, and wrap your flowers, and even help you pick your stems. The photo opportunities for your private party are incredible!
To include Serafina Flower Truck at your special event, please consider the following:
Onsite for a minimum of two (2) hours.
Truck stocked with florals. Special order flowers may be requested and any out of the ordinary pricing will be added with your approval.
If you have other ideas please ask and we will do our best to make them happen.
Flower Bar Cost:
For the equivalent of thirty-five (35) six-stem bouquets.- Includes 30 minutes of pre-event set-up.
- Additional time is charged at $100 per hour.
- Please reach out to Serafina to discuss costs for additional guests/bouquets or custom options.
- A non-refundable deposit of 34% is required when booking.
Sips & Stems
Filling the vintage 1964 VW Single Cab bus with flowers and tucking bottles of chilled bubbles among the blooms offers a unique and photo worthy experience for your private party, bridal shower or wedding reception guests.
To enjoy the Sips & Stems offered by Serafina Flower Truck, please consider the following:
Onsite for a minimum of three (3) hours.
Truck stocked with florals. Special order flowers may be requested and any out of the ordinary pricing will be added with your approval.
A section of the truck bed will be devoted to your stemware and beverages of choice. These are to be provided by the customer. Serafina does not supply food or beverage.
If you have other ideas please ask and we will do our best to make them happen.

VW Bar
Fill the bed of the bus with your favorite beverages.
The vintage VW bus offers a unique way to serve guests at your event.
VW Bar Pricing:
Onsite for a minimum of three (3) hours.- Staffing provided by one (1) event professional.
- Truck bed is filled with four galvanized metal troughs that you can fill with ice and your favorite beverages.
- You provide the ice and the beverages.
- Includes 30 minutes of pre-event set-up.
- A non-refundable deposit of 34% is required when booking.

Photo Shoot
Serafina Flower Truck can be the finishing touch to your wedding or any special event! Our truck will be filled with fresh flowers and will be available on site for a unique photo backdrop. We can also send your guests home with a lovely creation they’ll never forget!
Photo Shoot:
Onsite for a minimum of two (2) hours.- Truck rental without flowers is $150 an hour with a 2-hour minimum.
- 2-hour rental with 1/2 the truck filled with flowers starts at $1,200 and up.
- 2-hour rental with a full truck of flowers starts at $1,800 and up.
- After the photo shoot, the flowers are yours to take, or they can be wrapped into beautiful bouquets for your guests to take home for an additional fee.
- A non-refundable deposit of 34% is required when booking.
